Remerge helps leading mobile app marketers increase revenue and retention by activating, re-engaging and retaining high-value users through programmatic in-app ads. We are looking for an Account Manager to ensure operational excellence across all clients and foster profitable relationships with large app advertisers, agencies, and other companies that could use our app growth platform.
Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day relationships with clients to ensure we exceed their expectations and analyze advertising campaign metrics to achieve their performance goals (ROAS- Return on Ad Spend, ROI- Return on Investment, Revenue, CPA etc.)
Develop and execute strategic account plans, including identifying growth, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
Act as trusted advisor and retargeting expert by understand client’s business model, goals, marketing mix, focus areas, pain points, and the driving force behind their requests and identify and propose improvement and growth opportunities
Deliver client business reviews, communicate campaign optimisations and escalate any internal issues and concerns raised by clients
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve success for your clients and promote their activity growth
Partner closely with the Sales and Ad Operations teams to ensure that the onboarding of new clients is timely and efficiently, accomplished with an optimal setup
Requirements:
2–5+ years of experience in digital & performance marketing (UA, mobile, retargeting preferred) is a must
Digital Agency, performance marketing experience is plus
Proven experience working in a relevant client services role within the media or advertising industry, including exposure to the technical environment required to understand mobile apps
Passionate about advertising/mobile apps with a strong desire to become an expert in account management, customer success, media buying, and ad operations
Experience in campaign optimization and performance marketing analysis
Self-driven and highly motivated to provide outstanding service and optimal campaign performance for all clients
A track record of proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in English and Japanese language is a must
