Bloom Ads is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive strategic marketing initiatives. The Senior Account Manager plays a pivotal role in translating client business goals into media strategies, fostering cross-team collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution of paid media campaigns. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Responsibility:
Translate client business goals into strategic media direction to enable the Media team to provide solutions that drive brand growth
Lead client presentations, weekly meetings, and own all client communication channels
Manage internal team task assignments and deadlines to ensure timely project completion
Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and competitive landscapes, identifying new opportunities
Collaborate with the Media team to elevate client work and identify opportunities to expand scope
Oversee campaign kickoffs, briefings, and ensure seamless execution
Maintain timelines, deadlines, and integration points across all projects
Ensure key learnings are implemented in future work and proactively educate clients and internal teams on industry trends
Own day-to-day client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, growth, and retention
Foster a collaborative and integrated work environment across internal teams and external partners
Oversee successful client onboarding processes and ensure seamless communication
Support leadership in new business opportunities and proposal development
Identify and present incremental solutions to drive account growth
Manage account profitability, forecasting, and budget efficiency, proactively communicating with leadership
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
Translate senior leadership goals into actionable tasks for team members
Provide mentorship and guidance, ensuring team members receive necessary training and development
Conduct performance reviews and set growth plans for direct reports
Play an active role in staffing discussions and team growth initiatives
Requirements:
Passion for staying current with trends in paid media and marketing
Ability to translate creative ideas into persuasive client presentations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
Proven experience managing and training junior team members
High-level understanding of the media and advertising ecosystem
Strong proficiency in Google Business Suite, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
4-6 years of experience in account and/or cross-channel media management
At least one year of team management experience
Experience working across organizations and interfacing with multiple stakeholders
