Managing relationships with customers from Year 1+
Build and maintain client knowledge, ensuring all key stakeholders and decision-makers are identified
Regular communication with clients and internal sales team to ensure buyer needs are handled effectively and efficiently - acting as key point of contact
Track and evaluate program performance against external and internal expectations
report findings to senior members to ensure revenue / cash-flow is achieved
Assist in preparing quarterly business reviews to evaluate results and propose recommendations for improvement
Contribute to the execution of strategic account plans, identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities
Develop an understanding of our clients software and service offerings
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and other systems
Contribute to the development of client pricing proposals and business documentation and ensure they align with company guidelines
Build relationships with internal teams and external partners to support business objectives
Participate in industry conferences and training sessions to build knowledge and represent the company
Requirements
Strategic Account Management exposure at an enterprise level
Experience within Supply Chain Finance / Trade Finance or Working Capital Finance
