Job Responsibility

  • Managing relationships with customers from Year 1+
  • Build and maintain client knowledge, ensuring all key stakeholders and decision-makers are identified
  • Regular communication with clients and internal sales team to ensure buyer needs are handled effectively and efficiently - acting as key point of contact
  • Track and evaluate program performance against external and internal expectations
  • report findings to senior members to ensure revenue / cash-flow is achieved
  • Assist in preparing quarterly business reviews to evaluate results and propose recommendations for improvement
  • Contribute to the execution of strategic account plans, identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop an understanding of our clients software and service offerings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and other systems
  • Contribute to the development of client pricing proposals and business documentation and ensure they align with company guidelines
  • Build relationships with internal teams and external partners to support business objectives
  • Participate in industry conferences and training sessions to build knowledge and represent the company
