As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be the strategic driver behind our most important client relationships, managing complex multinational travel programs and delivering winning strategies that drive retention, growth, and value. You'll work with C-Suite stakeholders, lead program optimisation initiatives, and be the trusted advisor clients turn to for innovation and results. Job Responsibility

  • Manage regional travel program performance and lead complex multinational client programs to drive retention and growth
  • Build strategic partnerships with C-Suite stakeholders, procurement executives, and preferred suppliers
  • Own program success through governance, structure, and relationship building—be the driver of change
  • Identify opportunities for program efficiencies, process improvements and innovations that deliver value
  • Ensure program compliance, capture leakages and provide competitive insights
  • Execute and negotiate contractual obligations to achieve agreed outcomes for all parties
  • Lead webinars, customer reviews and workshops with industry expertise and market intelligence
  • Analyse data, generate reports and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Execute strategies seamlessly across functions, geographies, and time zones

Requirements

  • 5+ years in post-sales B2B roles with multinational companies globally, OR 8-10 years in regional account management
  • A relationship builder who connects authentically at all levels—from travel managers to C-Suite executives
  • Track record of client success with excellent communication skills that influence and drive change
  • Strong analytics and data interpretation skills with a solution-focused mindset
  • Self-motivated with personal excellence, resilience and optimism in changing circumstances
