Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships: You are the main point of contact for our partner cities and foster close collaboration
  • Increase app adoption: You support our partners in successfully implementing and using our mobile parking solutions
  • Analysis and consulting: You analyze customer needs and proactively advise them on future developments and digitalization opportunities in parking management
  • Contract negotiations: You lead contract negotiations and ensure agreements balance the interests of EasyPark and our partners
  • Training and support: You train customer teams on using our systems and provide ongoing support

Requirements:

  • Experience in account management: Proven success in building and maintaining business relationships
  • Knowledge of the Austrian political landscape: A good understanding of political decision-making processes in Austria and experience working with public sector stakeholders is an advantage
  • Communication skills: Excellent German and good English skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex topics
  • Negotiation skills and strategic thinking: You are a skilled negotiator with a strategic mindset to identify and address customer needs
  • Initiative and hands-on mentality: You work independently, are results-driven, and enjoy taking ownership
  • Team player: You enjoy working in an international team and supporting colleagues
