Join one of the fastest-growing Consumer Packed Goods companies, outpacing the competition with iconic brands! As a Senior Account Manager in our Global Markets Group, you will be pivotal in driving sales and profit growth across Northern & Eastern Europe and Turkey.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build businesses from scratch by identifying and appointing top distribution partners
  • Motivate distributors to meet sales and profit targets
  • Monitor in-market sales and take necessary action to meet budget goals
  • Collaborate with distributors to develop a marketing activity calendar
  • Align marketing activities with brand strategy alongside International and local Brand Managers
  • Ensure effective implementation of marketing plans and maintain proper documentation
  • Manage Customer P&L, including marketing investments
  • Prepare profit forecasts and yearly budgets for distributors, with quarterly reviews
  • Monitor market profitability and report on performance monthly
  • Support existing distributors to maximise growth
  • Evaluate performance and appoint new distributors in greenfield areas
  • Oversee product launches and ensure pricing is controlled
  • Input demand forecasts and liaise with Export Customer Service for timely order fulfilment
  • Foster strong relationships with distributors and internal departments for seamless collaboration

Requirements:

  • Educated to a high standard with a strong track record in account management
  • Preferably international
  • Extensive experience in Global Markets (Export) within the FMCG sector
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English
  • Proficient in MS Office, with a knack for creating impactful presentations
