Job Description:

As a Senior Partner Manager, you will manage one of our largest restaurant merchant relationships. You will work in a client-facing role to drive partnership growth through demand generation, pitch and upsell strategy, and expansion opportunities. Partner Managers work cross-functionally with Partner Engineers, Product, and Marketing to optimize partnerships and provide maximum value for both Uber and our strategic merchant partners. You will work to meet and exceed our team's quarterly growth targets which are currently centered around Net Acquisition, Demand Generation, and Trips.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within partner organizations
  • Focus on optimizing the national marketing strategy, using internal data and our Ad/Measurement Operation teams to identify insights and action plans to achieve growth goals
  • Lead key project workstreams to drive growth for the merchant partner at scale
  • Partner with cross-functional teams
  • Be the voice of the customer and seamlessly navigate internal processes
  • Increase product adoption and secure marketing investment
  • Clearly communicate the value of our products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offerings

  • Develop business models and analyses with Global Partner Ops Analysts to understand trends, provide meaningful insights, and track the impact of initiatives against our goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of full-time professional experience in a client-facing role working with large enterprises & Global partnerships
  • Experience handling enterprise and executive-level partnerships, ideally with global brands
  • Experience in food delivery and/or third-party marketplaces at a high-growth tech company
  • Experience working in ads sales, marketing, operations, business development, or partnerships at a leading restaurant brand
  • Ability to build and implement joint business plans, prioritizing initiatives that will drive strategic value for the partnership
  • Ability to flex your analytical skills and use data to influence decision-makers and quantify opportunities
  • Speed, resourcefulness, and go-getter mentality
  • Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills
  • Coachability, interest in implementing feedback, and dedication to the improvement of your craft and our team's development
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
