Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead the execution of complex marketing programs and deliver high-level service to our premier clients. In this role, you will be the strategic lead responsible for driving solutions that meet critical program KPIs while overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle. As a financial and operational steward, you will manage program budgets and resource utilization to ensure every initiative aligns with our organizational goals. If you are a seasoned relationship builder who excels at balancing client satisfaction with rigorous operational performance, we want you on our team.

Job Responsibility

  • Strategic Leadership: Analyze client objectives to develop innovative experiential solutions and thought-leadership strategies that enhance brand presence
  • Project & Financial Management: Lead all program activities from planning to execution
  • develop Statements of Work (SOWs), manage budgets, and reconcile expenses in partnership with production leads
  • Client Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact, leading weekly status meetings and deep-dives to ensure alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Oversee workstreams across creative, production, and digital teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and receive necessary approvals
  • Team Development & Growth: Supervise junior account personnel and drive new business development by identifying opportunities within existing and prospective accounts

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, marketing, or events within an agency environment, including at least 3 years as a primary Account Lead
  • Proven track record managing In Real Life (IRL) experiential activations
  • experience working with technology-sector clients is highly preferred
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency in office management and collaboration platforms (e.g., Office 365, Google Drive, Smartsheet, Slack) and the ability to manage program financials
  • Exceptional communication skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the flexibility to travel up to 50% and work non-traditional hours as needed
