Job Description:

We are looking for a customer-oriented and result-driven candidate to join our Account Management Team. As a Senior Account Manager at Perk, you will be actively contributing to our continued customer satisfaction as well as working to increase growth and margin within existing accounts. Following our recent acquisition and rebranding, your role now encompasses our fully integrated Travel and Spend ecosystem. You will be responsible for a portfolio of large SMB accounts within the DACH market, helping them streamline not just their travel, but their entire expense management workflow. You must possess a genuine hunger to navigate your accounts in a fast-changing, hyper-growth environment, be ready to roll up your sleeves, and work hard.

Job Responsibility:

  • Portfolio Management: Own a portfolio of large SMB customers and develop a high level of customer engagement with influential users (Admins, Finance Directors, Travel Managers) within those accounts

You will consult them on consolidating their financial stack by leveraging Perk’s unified Travel and Spend capabilities, identifying opportunities to optimize their expense reconciliation and cost control
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the Perk portfolio of products—including our core Travel platform and our new Spend management solution. You will use this knowledge to guide customers through the benefits of an all-in-one T&E solution
  • Expansion & Growth: actively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities for the Spend product within your existing book of business, driving adoption of corporate cards, automated invoice processing, and expense management features
  • Problem Solving: Identify common problems within each account—whether related to bookings or expense workflows—and develop strategies to solve each issue in a timely manner whilst also developing foolproof methods to ensure repeat issues are a thing of the past
  • Advocacy: Be Perk’s biggest advocate within your clients and your clients' biggest advocate within Perk. You’ll be the first one to address any issues, get support from our technical teams, and educate your clients on new product features across both Travel and Spend modules

Requirements:
