Job Description:

Senior Account Manager role in Brand Partnerships team to manage high-profile accounts, lead delivery of complex media and event-led campaigns, and ensure exceeding client expectations. Combines strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and project management skills to deliver best-in-class campaigns.

Job Responsibility:

Lead cross-departmental teams in development and end-to-end delivery of brand partnership projects
Take ownership of relationships with key accounts
Build trusted relationships with senior-level client stakeholders
Collaborate with teams to develop innovative campaign ideas
Create engaging proposal decks and detailed media plans
Track, analyse, and continuously improve campaign performance
Take responsibility for revenue delivery across portfolio
Maintain strong understanding of media and events market
Build strong internal relationships with key departments globally

Requirements:

7+ years in a relevant role, ideally within a media owner or creative/digital/events agency in Project Management, Account Management, or Production
Proven track record managing complex campaigns and high-value clients
Significant experience building and maintaining strong senior-level client relationships
Confidence in negotiation and driving long-term partnerships
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and identify upsell opportunities
Excellent strategic and analytical skills
Strong presentation skills and ability to build visually engaging, client-facing decks
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Solid understanding of the global media, advertising, and social landscape
Genuine passion for branded content and innovative campaign ideas
Confident self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working autonomously as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Ability to guide and support junior colleagues
Strong numeracy and literacy skills
Fluency in English is essential
Comfortable being on camera is desirable
