Job Description

We are looking for a consumer lifestyle PR Senior Account Manager or Account Director ideally with some experience across other disciplines such as influencer marketing or digital to join our B2C team. The ideal candidate and have experience working on creative brand & product campaigns and have an interest in technology. You will have proven experience leading on integrated communications campaigns and providing strategic counsel to clients. We're a small team with no egos, so expect to be hands on with delivering coverage, as well as guiding and supporting the teams as needed. Your greatest assets in this role will be your creativity, your knowledge of the consumer tech and lifestyle industry (including media), and your ability to use strategic insights to produce stand-out brand campaigns.

Job Responsibility

  • Strategic consulting and management of consumer tech clients on national and international levels
  • Development of integrated communication campaigns (traditional, digital, influencer)
  • Building and maintaining strong media and influencer networks – with a focus on lifestyle and consumer media outlets (print, online, TV, podcasts etc.)
  • Contribution to new business through pitches, proposals, and networking
  • Line manager for mid/ junior team members
  • Managing budgets, timelines, and performance reporting

Requirements

  • Must be business proficient in both English and German (C1 and above)
  • PR expert with experience in other areas of the broader marketing matrix (e.g., influencer marketing, paid digital media, social, strategy/planning)
  • Agency or inhouse experience working on tech or consumer brands
  • Proven experience in media relations and storytelling
  • Strong conceptual skills in developing communication strategies and enjoy strategic planning
  • Knowledgeable on all communications platforms know where trends originate, and proactively apply this knowledge to client work
  • Passionate about the world of technology both in personal and professional life, and have proven experience using AI tools
  • Experience working in an international environment and can speak business proficient English and German
  • Confident, accountable and have some team leadership experience
  • Proactive and ambitious
