As a Senior Account Manager, your objective is to successfully deliver the social strategy and scope of work for our largest and most complex clients. You'll play a pivotal role in implementing ways of working for each of your accounts, from briefing through to delivery and everything in between.
Job Responsibility
Leading on day-to-day client communications
Building deep and long-lasting relationships
Spotting opportunities for account development
Implementing effective account ways of working
Formulating a structure for communication on large and complex scopes of work
Reviewing content to ensure it meets client objectives and aligns with social strategy
Working with Strategy team to communicate the value of work back to the client
Coordinating influencer and creator activations
Becoming a People Lead for an Account Manager
Working with Account Directors and Business Director team to develop and uphold a strong team culture
Requirements
Three to five years of experience working in social media (agency-side preferable)
