The role is to maximise Allianz Partners’ strategic, commercial and customer objectives within the partnership(s) that you run. You will manage and support all aspects of the partnership(s) including delivery of our contractual commitments, regulatory obligations, and growth initiatives. Your objectives will include a combination of Revenue, Profitability, Growth, and adherence to Regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and develop key travel partnerships
Maximize strategic, commercial and customer objectives
Deliver contractual commitments, regulatory obligations, and growth initiatives
Build key internal and external relationships
Continually review process and products to add value
Effectively communicate and steer decision making
Coach partners on benefits of Allianz Partners products and services
Deliver budgeted revenue via portfolio of existing partners
Create, track, and maintain opportunities in Salesforce
Produce, review, and distribute accurate reports
Requirements:
Experience of managing strong commercial and personal relationships with key clients
High level of understanding of travel insurance distribution models
Strong commercial acumen
Attention to detail and proven organisational abilities
Proven delivery of growth and development in similar roles
Ability to people manage as a manager for other Account Managers if required
