Job Description:

Join one of the fastest-growing Consumer Packed Goods companies, outpacing the competition with iconic brands! As a Senior Account Manager in our Global Markets Group, you will be pivotal in driving sales and profit growth across Northern & Eastern Europe and Turkey.

Job Responsibility:

Build businesses from scratch by identifying and appointing top distribution partners
Motivate distributors to meet sales and profit targets
Monitor in-market sales and take necessary action to meet budget goals
Collaborate with distributors to develop a marketing activity calendar
Align marketing activities with brand strategy alongside International and local Brand Managers
Ensure effective implementation of marketing plans and maintain proper documentation
Manage Customer P&L, including marketing investments
Prepare profit forecasts and yearly budgets for distributors, with quarterly reviews
Monitor market profitability and report on performance monthly
Support existing distributors to maximise growth
Evaluate performance and appoint new distributors in greenfield areas
Oversee product launches and ensure pricing is controlled
Input demand forecasts and liaise with Export Customer Service for timely order fulfilment
Foster strong relationships with distributors and internal departments for seamless collaboration

Requirements:

Educated to a high standard with a strong track record in account management
Preferably international
Extensive experience in Global Markets (Export) within the FMCG sector
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English
Proficient in MS Office, with a knack for creating impactful presentations
