As a Sr Account Executive focused on the Israel Market at Vanta, you’ll drive our growth across Israel and EMEA, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across all business segments (Early stage, Growth and Commercial business segments). You’ll act as a trusted advisor to CISOs, CTOs, and compliance leaders, helping them navigate security and compliance automation at scale.
Job Responsibility:
Own the end-to-end sales cycle from pipeline generation to negotiation and close with executive-level stakeholders
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to tailor messaging, identify trends, and shape our Israel & EMEA strategy
Convert inbound demand into long-term customers while building and expanding outbound motion in the region
Act as a voice of the customer to product and leadership teams to inform roadmap decisions
Requirements:
5+ years of full-cycle closing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with experience selling to Start-Ups, MM and Upmarket Accounts
Track record of exceeding targets in high-velocity and consultative sales environments
Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch, especially in new or emerging markets
Experience engaging technical and compliance stakeholders (CISOs, CTOs, Heads of Security)
Strong business acumen and a passion for helping customers navigate the security/compliance landscape
Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
Nice to have:
familiarity with the Israel tech ecosystem and/or experience selling into regulated industries
