We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced Senior Account Executive to manage and develop new customer accounts. The Account Executive’s responsibilities include building and maintaining a sales pipeline with a high conversation rate, attending sales meetings to provide progress updates, and researching industry trends. You should also be able to identify new sales opportunities through networking initiatives and customer referrals. To be successful as an Account Executive, you should be adept at analyzing sales performance metrics and negotiating contracts. Ultimately, an exceptional Account Executive should demonstrate excellent communication, management, and customer service skills at all times.
Job Responsibility:
Manage current accounts and cultivate and grow new relationships and accounts
Assist the creative department in executing campaigns in accordance with clients’ needs
Coordinate internal teams to meet project milestones and deadlines
Coordinate internal teams to develop customized solutions to support clients’ needs
Communicate with clients and gather information about project’s scope, budget and timeline
Identify and prospect new clients, retailers, and distributors to expand the customer base
Present sales presentations, product demonstrations, and engage in negotiations to secure new business opportunities
Maintain a high-level knowledge of fragrance products, including their ingredients, applications and regulatory requirements in your clients’ countries
Resolve sales or delivery issues
Prepare and submit comprehensive customer visit reports for on-site visits or major meetings
Prepare and submit once annual customer forecasts for annual sales review typically held in August
Track and manage sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree BS preferred
A minimum of 5 years of executive sales management experience in F&F Industry or related field required such as personal care, home care, beauty or consumer goods industry
Demonstrated sales expertise marked by a consistent history of surpassing sales objectives and fostering organizational expansion
Proficiency in effective communication, negotiation, and presentation
Comprehensive understanding of fragrance products, their constituents, and prevailing industry dynamics
Capacity to establish and sustain robust connections with clients and internal collaborators
Innate self-motivation, a resolute commitment to objectives, and adeptness in independent work
Knowledge of the fragrance industry
Proven success in key account management
Experience in new business and territory development
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Ability to work extremely well under pressure and changing dynamics
Deadline oriented
Attention to details and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
An individual who is a self-starter and highly self-motivated
Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Experience with CRM Software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
