Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute strategic account plans for key enterprise clients
Identify and propose transformative cloud solutions addressing clients' business needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders at client organizations
Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales, architects, support) to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring profitable growth for the company
Manage the overall project lifecycle, from initial engagement to successful implementation
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the technology sector
Proven track record of success in closing large, complex deals
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies (AWS experience a plus)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with large enterprise clients in Japan
Fluency in Japanese and English
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Technology)
Experience in consulting or pre-sales is highly desirable
