Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks a Senior Account Executive to join the Wholesales Sales based in its New York City (SoHo) headquarters. Reporting into the Director of Sales, the Senior Account Executive is responsible for full management of Department Store and Specialty Store businesses across all categories.
Job Responsibility:
Manage business relationships with Major Department Stores/Key Accounts
Responsible for meeting seasonal bookings and profitability targets
Partner with Sales Director on driving department business strategies to hit KPI’s
Analyze overall market for trends and competitive landscape
Assess weekly selling to identify business opportunities
Manage all aspects of market appointments including scheduling, management WT’s, order confirmations, communication, etc.
Weekly travel to local stores *additional travel as needed
Requirements:
5-8 years in luxury/contemporary fashion environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Prior AE/Sr AE experience
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
Must be self-motivated and a team player
Passionate about the product and overall fashion industry
Strong financial acumen with an understanding of retail math and profitability
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
