We are seeking a seasoned Senior sales professional based out of Israel with a minimum of eight years of sales experience, particularly in closing or hunting roles within the Mid-market and Enterprise segments.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute a strategic plan to source and develop business opportunities within your assigned territory across the MEA region, exceeding your sales goals through meticulous stakeholder mapping, proactive prospecting, thorough qualifying, and successful closing of opportunities
Consistently close new business at or above quota level, demonstrating a strong understanding of the MEA market dynamics and customer needs
Thrive in a metrics-driven, high-velocity, high-touch Inside Sales environment, effectively managing your pipeline and activities
Accurately move opportunities through established sales stages and provide reliable sales forecasts, tailored to the nuances of the MEA business cycle
Leverage a technical and consultative approach to guide prospects from the initial lead stage to becoming satisfied, paying customers, acting as their primary point of contact during their trial and evaluation phase
Deliver compelling demos and presentations to prospects across the diverse cultural and business landscapes of the MEA region, showcasing VWO's value proposition and staying ahead of the competitor landscape and our unique positioning within it
Demonstrate strong adaptability to evolving workflows, metrics, and sales methodologies, embracing the dynamic nature of the MEA market
Primarily focus on driving New Business acquisition within the MEA region, with the potential to manage renewals and upgrades as required
Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring clean and comprehensive CRM logs and adherence to all internal workflows and approval processes
Collaborate closely with a dedicated Sales Development function, potentially providing mentorship and guidance to enhance their effectiveness in the MEA context
Requirements:
8+ years of experience carrying a sales quota and successfully closing deals in software (business applications preferred) or technology sales within the MEA region or with significant experience selling into the MEA market
8+ years of Global inside sales experience, with a demonstrable track record of success in the MEA region
B2B SaaS sales experience is essential
Proven experience handling an annual quota upwards of $800K
Experience in working with greenfield accounts with a hunter profile
Strong experience managing and closing complex sales cycles, navigating the specific challenges and opportunities within the MEA market
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong rapport with professionals from diverse cultural backgrounds across the MEA region
Exceptional listening skills, adept objection handling, and clear articulation are critical
Demonstrate empathy and a deep understanding of customer needs within the MEA context, adopting a solution-oriented sales approach rather than a transactional one
Enthusiasm for technology with demonstrated technical aptitude and the ability to articulate technical concepts to a diverse MEA audience
