We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our emerging markets (Payroll/PEO) sales team! This position will help us generate new-logo business by selling our software solutions, building strong relationships, and identifying customer needs. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue by selling our workforce management, HCM, supply chain, and inventory solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Understand prospect goals and initiatives
Meet prospect success goals
Ensure prospects realize, grow, and reference their received value from our software
Proven record of influencing, negotiating, and closing sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Solid understanding of the need to utilize CRM in an effective way to follow consultative and key insight sales processes, manage lead opportunities, and create accurate forecasts
