NewStore is looking for a Senior Account Executive to own our growth across the EMEA region. This is a net-new business role: you will be the primary driver of enterprise pipeline, working directly with C-suite and VP-level buyers at leading retail brands across the UK and broader Europe. Job Responsibility:
Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification through to commercial negotiation and close
Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise retail brands across the EMEA region, with particular focus on the UK market
Engage confidently with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders across IT, Operations, and Retail leadership
Bring a consultative, insight-led approach to every conversation
Collaborate with our Solutions Engineering team and our SVP, Sales on complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities
Contribute pipeline intelligence, competitive insights, and account strategy to the broader go-to-market team
Leverage AI tools to improve sales processes and drive efficiency
Represent NewStore at industry events, trade shows, and in-store visits
Requirements:
5–7 years of B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales experience, with a quota-carrying, closing role throughout
Demonstrated ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals independently
Executive presence: comfortable and credible in conversations with C-suite and VP-level buyers from day one
Hungry and coachable
Comfortable with a longer sales cycle and a commission structure that rewards at signing
Based in the UK
