Our client is a food and beverage brand based in Barcelona that operates in five European markets and wants to expand and strengthen its current partnerships in the German market. They are currently working with 1000 innovating brands and want to grow even further. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for creating and strengthening relationships with big brands, contributing to the success of the company, and gaining valuable expertise and insights in the industry, while working alongside a fun-spirited and dedicated team.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with FMCG brands
Identify decision-makers and uncover short, mid, and long-term commercial opportunities
Build and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and retention
Maintain and optimize pipeline management through CRM tools, such as Pipedrive
Apply a consultative, solution selling approach to upsell premium services
Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic insights to clients
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings across Europe
Collaborate cross functionally with Operations and Marketing teams to ensure campaign excellence
Contribute to strengthening the company’s presence within the assigned market
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
Proven experience managing the full sales cycle independently
Strong background in account management and business development
Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Consultative and solution oriented sales approach
Comfortable in a fast-paced, international work environment
