At Promon, we protect the apps people rely on every day. Our application shielding technology is trusted by global banks, gaming giants, and tech leaders to keep data and users safe. As mobile threats continue to evolve, securing applications has become a critical priority, and a growing investment area for enterprises globally. We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to help drive our next phase of growth across MEA (Middle East & Africa). This is a high-impact role focused on winning and expanding strategic enterprise accounts in a market where demand is accelerating and differentiation matters. You’ll take ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles—engaging senior decision-makers, shaping opportunities from early discovery through to close, and positioning Promon as a long-term security partner. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in growing environments, enjoys building new business in evolving markets, and wants to play a visible role in scaling a category-leading security company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and execute a strategic plan for your territory, focusing on a mix of new logo acquisition and expansion within key enterprise accounts across MEA (Middle East & Africa)
  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to solution positioning, negotiation, and close
  • Lead consultative, value-driven sales engagements with technical and business stakeholders, including VP and C-level executives
  • Navigate complex buying processes in regulated industries, aligning Promon’s solutions to customer risk, compliance, and business priorities
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to drive pipeline, refine messaging, and ensure successful customer outcomes
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility, contributing to a disciplined and predictable sales process

Requirements:

  • A consistent track record of winning and growing enterprise accounts in cybersecurity or adjacent SaaS markets
  • Experience owning complex, multi-threaded sales cycles, including outbound prospecting and deal management
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and articulating value in high-stakes, high-impact environments
  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to prioritize effectively within a broad and evolving territory
  • Familiarity with regulated industries and the security considerations that shape enterprise buying decisions
  • Fluency in English
  • Arabic would be a plus

Nice to have:

What we offer:
  • Work at the forefront of game-changing technology
  • Immerse in a Nordic work culture renowned for innovation, flat hierarchy, and inclusivity
  • Encouragement and support for your passion, curiosity, and goals
  • Work with some of the world's best app security experts and mobile security thought leaders
  • International team environment
  • Celebration of birthdays, team wins, milestones, and holidays
