As an Account Executive – Financial Services Industry at Microsoft Korea, you will have the opportunity to lead as a senior Account Executive and Account Manager driving AI transformation for top financial institutions in Korea. In this role, you will sell across Microsoft’s AI solution portfolio—including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure, AI, and Security—while collaborating with global industry experts and cross-functional teams.You will be at the forefront of AI transformation for financial services customers, engaging complex stakeholders, responding to regulatory and market changes, and ensuring effective collaboration across Specialist Team Unit, Customer Success Unit, and Sales Enablement and Operations teams. Job Responsibility

  • Exhibit deep knowledge of the financial services industry, current trends, and market dynamics in Korea to position Microsoft technology in industry context and drive business transformation
  • Develop and oversee execution of strategic account plans that yield high-value sales for both Microsoft and the customer, while leading virtual teams and embracing partners to scale impact
  • Engage in consultative and insightful customer engagements that identify business needs, disrupt current mindsets, and showcase innovative AI solutions aligning with customer strategies
  • Foster trusted advisory relationships with executive stakeholders and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver complex, multi-solution engagements that strengthen Microsoft's leadership
  • Develop and implement plans to maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities, leveraging a network of industry and internal experts to drive ongoing account growth.
