Job Description:

The Senior Account Executive role is a key within the agency. You will sit within the Client Services Team and your main responsibilities will be client management, account development and the delivery of projects across accounts. You will support the client team by helping to manage the day to day running of the account including setting meetings, agendas, circulating contact reports and minute notes as well attending events and leading activations on site. You will also be responsible for building relationships with clients, rights holders and other internal stakeholders within the business. You will learn about the project life cycle from pitch, pre-production, delivery, reconciliation and be an approachable staff member who can support the team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Acting as a supporting point of contact for clients, providing first class Account Management skills
  • Maintain client relationships, be aware of all client requirements, and continually work hard to improve client satisfaction
  • Be willing to attend workshops, events, lunches, and dinners to further build relationships
  • Support our Client Services team when collating and delivering account management plans
  • Assisting in writing briefs, presentations, and proposals, assist on pitches, and help win new business
  • Build on your knowledge of our client's brand identities and what would and wouldn’t work for them
  • Liaise with client/ project teams to ensure a full and thorough flow of information between all parties
  • Continually work to improve client relationships
