The Enterprise sales team at Airwallex is a collaborative group focused on transforming how global enterprises manage payments and financial operations. We're looking for a sales-driven, high-energy individual to join our Enterprise Sales team in ANZ. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, prospecting, negotiating, and closing high-value enterprise deals across a range of verticals. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Sales, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in shaping the growth and success of our enterprise segment in the region.
Job Responsibility:
Identify, pursue, and close large, complex enterprise deals across multiple industry verticals
Navigate and manage multi-threaded sales cycles, engaging stakeholders from end users to C-level executives while effectively articulating product value
Develop and execute strategic engagement plans tailored to key prospects
Own your sales pipeline with precision - managing deal flow and providing accurate, timely forecasts
Anticipate client challenges and proactively offer solutions that drive business value
Deliver a high-impact, insight-led experience at every stage of the prospect and customer journey
Requirements:
8–10+ years of experience in complex technology sales within enterprise accounts
experience in fintech or payments is a strong plus
Proven success selling multi-product API solutions
A strong network of industry advocates to support your success
Demonstrated ability to identify, reach, and build relationships with decision-makers across key industry verticals
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with experience managing full sales pipelines
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex solutions into clear, compelling narratives
Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable - you thrive under pressure and think creatively to solve problems
Results-driven, accountable, and aligned to key performance indicators and business outcomes
Willingness to travel as needed and work effectively in a hybrid model, with at least 3 days per week in-office
