Screencastify is a leading educational technology company dedicated to improving communication and learning outcomes with video. Our primary customer base today is in the K-12 education sector and we are critical in helping scale a teacher and improve student outcomes all while being an easy to use solution. Screencastify is used by over 15M people and is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our Squad to focus primarily on new markets outside of K-12 education!

Job Responsibility:

  • Work full cycle deals from prospect research all the way through to close
  • Be a Screencastify evangelist and be able to articulate the big problems we solve for our users and customers every day
  • Beat your daily goals for reaching out to and connecting with prospects and future Screencastify customers
  • Conduct personalized, energizing solution demos
  • Measure and optimize the effectiveness of all stages of your sales process
  • Share best practices across the organization and help others grow from your experiences
  • Work closely and maintain effective communication with other departments, including Customer Success, Product, Support, and Marketing
  • Achieve quarterly KPIs and consistently hit targets for both pipeline growth and closed won new business

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of inside B2B software/SaaS sales experience
  • Experience owning a territory and full sales cycle
  • Know how to sell to both inbound and outbound leads, drive conversion to opportunity, build pipeline, and close new business at a high velocity
  • Have worked in a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot extensively to report on core sales metrics
  • Are charismatic, both in writing and in conversation
  • Jump at opportunities to break convention and do things differently, while moving quickly
  • Are excited to get in on the ground floor of a small, rapidly-growing, fast-paced start-up
  • You’re comfortable being uncomfortable, and thrive in a self-driven environment with high accountability
