Job Description:

The Senior Account Executive, Account Service, will contribute to the success of one or more accounts with the core responsibilities for project management and implementation on assigned accounts. In partnership with Account Supervisor/Account Director/VP/SVP Account Service, the Senior Account Executive will help lead internal teams to deliver work that is on strategy, on time, and on budget.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serves as primary client liaison on project management-related work
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the client’s overall business, brand vision, and strategy
  • Delivers excellence on behalf of BVK and our clients
  • Supports organic growth efforts of assigned accounts
  • Assists Account Supervisor with Scope of Work development
  • Provides input/recommendation for project invoicing
  • Handles billing resolution issues with clients
  • Continuously manages budgets/hours on jobs
  • Seeks insights from past projects to optimize future work
  • Manages client project initiatives from start to finish
  • Owns project management timelines and manages day-to-day process
  • Maintains/oversees status report updates
  • Mentors AAEs/AEs on project management
  • Contributes to internal team members’ performance reviews

Requirements:

  • 6+ years agency or comparable business/client-side experience with a strong grasp of brand and digital marketing
  • Proven success as a Project Manager
  • Experience balancing multiple initiatives, clients, deadlines, and teams
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to produce work that’s on time, on budget, and on strategy
  • Experience utilizing data to drive strategy/project next steps
  • Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills both internally and with clients
  • High sense of urgency and has an innate sense of curiosity about problem-solving and learning
  • Has previous experience managing client budget tracking and invoicing
  • Ability to pivot/course correct without becoming overwhelmed
  • Possesses exemplary organizational skills, time management skills, and a keen attention to detail
  • Projects confidence in front of clients and large internal teams
