We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Account Executive – International Sales to lead our expansion into global markets. The primary objective of this role is to acquire international customers and establish strong partnerships, driving revenue growth across key geographic regions. You will excel at managing cross-cultural client relationships, navigating complex sales cycles and understanding diverse market regulations. As an enterprise sales lead for international opportunities, you will play a pivotal role in our global growth strategy while collaborating with internal teams to deliver world-class solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Develop strategies to identify, target and engage international clients and partners to expand business operations globally
Manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, relationship-building, negotiating and closing deals with international customers and channel partners
Gain an in-depth understanding of regional buying behaviors, compliance requirements and sales dynamics in key markets
Build and maintain robust pipelines across targeted international geographies using CRM tools and best practices
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare personalized demos, tailor proposals and oversee successful customer onboarding
Represent the company in global sales meetings, industry events and trade shows to showcase our offerings
Accurately forecast sales performance and monitor pipeline metrics to ensure international sales targets are achieved
Requirements:
6–8 years of demonstrated success in international B2B SaaS sales roles
Proven experience selling into key overseas markets such as the Middle East, Southeast Asia, the United States or Europe
Expertise in remote selling combined with excellent cross-cultural communication skills
Strong understanding of pricing structures, contract negotiations and compliance standards for international markets
Ability to adapt to different time zones and effectively manage international stakeholders
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in international markets
Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
Superior verbal and written communication, especially in cross-cultural contexts
Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot for pipeline management
Strategic thinking, with the ability to anticipate and adapt to diverse market dynamics
Comprehensive knowledge of B2B SaaS products and sales lifecycles
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills for managing multiple accounts and time zones
Nice to have:
Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Spanish, French) relevant to global markets
Past experience in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial or startup environment
Familiarity with sales enablement or customer engagement platforms
Active participation in international trade shows or industry-specific events
