Job Description:

As our Account Executive for the DACH region, you’ll play a central role in scaling JOIN’s commercial success. You’ll drive growth across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria – working directly with companies of all sizes, from SMBs to enterprise clients. This is not just another sales role – it’s an opportunity to become part of our DACH team, shape go-to-market strategy, and directly influence JOIN’s revenue growth, customer retention, and product adoption.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify new business opportunities and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities through proactive outreach and account analysis
  • Present JOIN’s solutions in a compelling, value-driven way – in German and English
  • Own your pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene using Salesforce
  • Anticipate churn risks early and implement strategies to ensure customer retention
  • Collaborate closely with Account Management, Marketing, and Product to deliver maximum value to clients
  • Design and test outbound sales strategies tailored to your market segment
  • Lead cold-calling campaigns to generate high-quality leads and book meetings
  • Document and iterate on best practices and outbound sales playbooks
  • Analyse results and continuously improve your sales performance and acumen

Requirements:

  • You’re a builder, not just a doer
  • You want to contribute to the growth strategy in your territory
  • Fluency in German and strong English communication skills
  • 2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive or SDR/BDR, ideally in SaaS or Tech
  • Confident presenting and consulting via phone, video, and in-person meetings
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
  • Comfortable owning targets and driving strategic client development
  • Reliable, proactive, and self-driven with a growth mindset

Nice to have:

  • Experience in HR tech or the recruitment industry
  • Additional language skills
