Major Players are partnering with a leading creative agency renowned for building reputations and delivering high-impact retail solutions, to hire a Senior Account Director on a 12 month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be able to navigate complex client relationships, inspire a creative studio, and drive growth across multiple accounts, as well as being hands on with delivery and team management.
Job Responsibility:
Strategic Client Leadership (50%): You won’t just take orders
you’ll negotiate scopes, forecast workloads, and proactively drive business activity. You’ll present creative work with persuasion and presence, ensuring clients feel total confidence in the agency's delivery
Team & Resource Mentorship (40%): You’ll lead by example, mentoring the account service team and partnering with the creative studio. You’ll be responsible for turning complex client needs into succinct, value-added briefs that inspire great work
Growth & Innovation (10%): Identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and spearheading pitches for potential new partners
Requirements:
Proven experience working at SAD level within a Design or Creative Agency
Experience managing design projects across ATL/BTL/TTL projects with a focus on consumer-centric design
Previous experience managing end to end retail, brand development and in-store marketing projects
Proven experience working on financial services and professional services accounts previously
A track record of managing high-volume data and complex project timelines
