Major Players are partnering with an award-winning creative and design agency, who work with some of the world’s most iconic entertainment brands, to hire Senior Account Director on a 12 month contract. This is a brilliant opportunity for a seasoned client leader with a passion for the fast-paced world of entertainment. You will be the strategic anchor for some of the agency’s most prestigious accounts across the TV, streaming, and sports sectors, overseeing everything from massive visual identity rebrands, social-first content, to end to end integrated campaigns.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the senior day-to-day lead for key entertainment and sports accounts, building lasting relationships with senior marketing and commissioning stakeholders
Anticipate client needs before they arise, identifying growth opportunities and representing the agency with confidence in high-stakes reviews
Lead the implementation of promotional campaigns, custom content, and strategic brand identity projects for global broadcasters and streamers
Oversee social-first creative across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms, ensuring work is grounded in audience behavior and platform analytics
Work hand-in-hand with Strategy, Design, and Production to ensure every deliverable meets creative standards
Own the financial health of your accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, SOWs, and revenue reporting
Support agency leadership in shaping long-term account strategy and play a leading role in winning new business through compelling pitches
Requirements:
A strong background in TV, media, or streaming - either from a creative agency or a broadcaster/platform-side marketing role
Proven experience in integrated brand campaigns, brand identity, or strategic consultancy
High-level skills in budgeting, forecasting, and contractual management
Fluency in Keynote is essential
Polished communication skills with the ability to command a room and inspire confidence
Experience leading custom content/production projects
Ability to interpret social performance data to inform creative decisions
Working knowledge of AI tools within the creative pipeline
