Job Description

The Senior Account Director, Digital, UK is a client-facing digital leader responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and performance of digital-first campaigns. This individual ensures strategic alignment, quality execution, and performance optimization across platform-based digital workstreams—paid and organic. This role is integral in connecting content and channel with insight and intelligence, while leading the client relationship from a digital perspective.

Job Responsibility

  • Translate strategic Digital vision into operational campaign plans (including Digital, Influencer and Paid Media)
  • Guide content and performance strategy using platform and audience insights
  • Ensure Digital work aligns with foresight, research, and strategic frameworks
  • Lead Digital campaign planning and execution across digital channels
  • Manage junior Digital team members and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Represent Digital thinking in internal and client-facing conversations
  • Act as the primary digital lead for day-to-day client management
  • Present campaign strategy, KPIs, and performance recommendations
  • Contribute digital thought leadership to pitches and proposals

Requirements

  • Experience managing Digital campaigns in the Health sector
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Ability to lead, coach, and inspire junior Digital team members
