Responsible for maintaining, reviewing, and reconciling financial records while performing advanced clerical and accounting support. This role may include overseeing account-related tasks and supporting payroll, budgeting, and reporting functions.
Job Responsibility:
Review, maintain, and reconcile financial accounts and records
Classify receipts and expenditures and ensure accuracy of entries
Post transactions to journals and ledgers
Compile and prepare routine financial, payroll, and cost reports
Assist with payroll processing and account balancing
Prepare and verify financial and statistical data
Support budget tracking and departmental reporting
Operate standard office and accounting equipment
Maintain organized records and files
Provide professional, customer-focused service and support team operations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of clerical experience involving financial accounts (supervisory experience preferred)
Associate degree in business, accounting, or a related field
Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Solid arithmetic and accounting skills
Knowledge of office procedures and financial recordkeeping
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
