Job Description

Responsible for maintaining, reviewing, and reconciling financial records while performing advanced clerical and accounting support. This role may include overseeing account-related tasks and supporting payroll, budgeting, and reporting functions.

Job Responsibility

  • Review, maintain, and reconcile financial accounts and records
  • Classify receipts and expenditures and ensure accuracy of entries
  • Post transactions to journals and ledgers
  • Compile and prepare routine financial, payroll, and cost reports
  • Assist with payroll processing and account balancing
  • Prepare and verify financial and statistical data
  • Support budget tracking and departmental reporting
  • Operate standard office and accounting equipment
  • Maintain organized records and files
  • Provide professional, customer-focused service and support team operation

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of clerical experience involving financial accounts (supervisory experience preferred)
  • Associate degree in business, accounting, or a related field
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
