Job Description

As the Senior Account Based Marketing Manager | Housing you’ll design and execute highly targeted, high-impact marketing programs that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue from EliseAI’s most valuable accounts. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to identify priority accounts, orchestrate multi-channel campaigns, and measure the impact of ABM on deal velocity and win rates. This is a hands-on, IC strategic role where you’ll combine creativity, precision targeting, and data-driven execution to influence decision-makers in complex B2B sales cycles. You’ll be responsible for building a scalable ABM program that aligns perfectly with our enterprise go-to-market strategy.

Job Responsibility

  • Customer Retention and Engagement strategy ownership – Build and lead a multi-tiered ABM strategy (1:1, 1:few, and 1:many) that aligns with sales priorities and growth objectives
  • Target account selection & insights – Partner with Sales and RevOps to identify high-value accounts and develop actionable account intelligence
  • Multi-channel orchestration – Plan and execute integrated campaigns using personalized content, digital ads, direct mail, events, and executive programs
  • Sales alignment & enablement – Work closely with sales teams to deliver playbooks, messaging, and content that support ABM outreach and accelerate deal cycles
  • Measurement & optimization – Define success metrics, track campaign impact on pipeline and revenue, and refine programs based on results
  • Technology & data integration – Leverage ABM tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, or similar) and integrate them with our MarTech stack for seamless execution
  • Cross-functional leadership – Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Content teams to create tailored campaigns for target accounts
  • Scalable program building – Establish repeatable ABM processes, from account selection to campaign reporting, ensuring long-term scalability

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • At least 3 years in a dedicated ABM leadership role targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact from ABM programs
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buying committees, and decision-making dynamics
  • Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, or similar) and CRM/marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to orchestrate complex, multi-touch campaigns across multiple stakeholders
  • Creative problem-solver with an analytical mindset and data-driven approach to optimization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with Sales and cross-functional partners
  • Willingness to work in person at our NYC office 4–5 days a week
