Join our team as a Senior Accommodation Sourcing Manager, where you'll shape our accommodation portfolio by developing strategic sourcing plans and negotiating high-impact contracts with key partners across our most important markets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement accommodation sourcing plans for high-priority and strategically relevant hotel partners
  • Negotiating and signing contracts with our most important partners
  • Preparing and finalizing contracts with significant financial commitments
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Working closely with Product Managers, Revenue Management, and Commercial teams globally and regionally
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accommodation partners

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accommodation sourcing, contracting, or purchasing within the travel industry
  • Track record of success in negotiating and securing favorable accommodation contracts that deliver commercial results, including commitments and prepayments
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with solid negotiation skills
  • Analytical thinking to interpret market data and financial information
  • Relationship-building capabilities
  • Proficient in MS Office tools including Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Business fluent English
  • Willing to travel regularly within assigned destinations, approximately 25% of your time
