Join our team as a Senior Accommodation Sourcing Manager Long Haul East (FTC), where you'll shape our accommodation portfolio by developing strategic sourcing plans and negotiating high-impact contracts with key partners across our most important markets.
Job Responsibility
Develop and implement accommodation sourcing plans for high-priority and strategically relevant hotel partners, incorporating various methods such as wholesale, bed banks, and channel managers in close collaboration with dynamic production teams
Negotiate and sign contracts with our most important partners, securing optimal commercial terms, pricing structures, and allocation commitments that meet both business requirements and customer expectations
Prepare and finalize contracts with significant financial commitments, ensuring commercial terms align with budgetary targets, internal compliance standards, and risk management requirements
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for portfolio enhancement and optimization
Work closely with Product Managers, Revenue Management, and Commercial teams globally and regionally to ensure sourcing activities align with broader commercial and operational requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accommodation partners to enhance our market position, secure preferential treatment, and help resolve contractual issues effectively
Requirements
Proven experience in accommodation sourcing, contracting, or purchasing within the travel industry
Track record demonstrating success in negotiating and securing favorable accommodation contracts that deliver commercial results, including commitments and prepayments
Strong commercial acumen combined with solid negotiation skills
Analytical thinking allowing to interpret market data and financial information
Relationship-building capabilities to establish credibility with accommodation partners and internal stakeholders
Proficient in MS Office tools including Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Business fluent English
Willingness to travel regularly within assigned destinations, approximately 25% of your time
