Lead and develop revenue management strategies that maximize business growth, profitability, and market share across assigned destinations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies for assigned area(s)
  • Lead strategic availability management frameworks to optimize inventory control and distribution
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and booking patterns to implement offers roadmap and availability decisions
  • Align revenue management strategies with broader commercial objectives
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key hotel chains and partners at a senior level
  • Lead a team of Accommodation Revenue Team Managers and Revenue Managers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in revenue management or commercial leadership roles within the travel industry
