We are looking for a Senior 3D Environment & Level Artist to join our team and contribute to a next-generation drone flight and mission training simulator used in professional and official pilot training programs. In this role, you will be responsible for creating realistic, readable, and performance-optimized environments and assets, ranging from large-scale landscapes and urban areas to detailed drone models and mission-specific visual elements. Your work will directly impact the clarity, immersion, and effectiveness of real-world training scenarios. You will collaborate closely with Unity developers, instructional designers, and other artists to ensure environments are not only visually compelling, but also logically structured and aligned with mission objectives and simulation constraints.
Job Responsibility:
Design, build, and iterate immersive, realistic, and logically structured environments (forests, fields, urban areas, mission zones and interior locations)
Create greybox layouts to prototype level flow, spatial logic, and mission readability
Model, texture, and optimize high-quality 3D assets, including environments, props, and drone models
Apply PBR workflows to achieve realism while maintaining real-time performance
Integrate assets into Unity, working closely with developers on scene setup and optimization.
Ensure visual consistency, technical quality, and performance stability across all scenarios.
Participate in level design decisions and contribute to overall environment composition.
Create, document, and maintain a reusable asset library for current and future projects.
Adapt assets to meet technical constraints of real-time simulation and training use cases.
Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience as a 3D Artist, Environment Artist, or Level Designer in games or simulations
Strong proficiency in Blender, 3ds Max, Maya (or equivalent)
Proven experience creating both greybox prototypes and polished, production-ready scenes
Solid understanding of PBR materials, texturing, and optimization for real-time engines
Experience working with Unity (import/export pipeline, scene organization
deep engine programming not required)
Strong artistic judgment, attention to detail, and excellent spatial reasoning
Ability to balance visual quality with performance constraint
A strong portfolio showcasing realistic environments and/or assets
English proficiency – written and spoken
Nice to have:
Experience with military, flight, or serious training simulators
Familiarity with Unity lighting, scene management, and real-time optimization techniques
Understanding of drone types, mission logic, and operational environments
Experience designing environments specifically for training clarity and readability
What we offer:
Competitive salary based on experience
Supportive working climate with flexible work practices
Lunch tickets
Coffee, fruits and other goodies at the office
Sport facilities
Company-sponsored events
Travelling opportunities in some project areas
Career development opportunities (certifications / trainings / conferences)
