Responsible for 3D character production for the project, completing high-quality 3D design and implementation based on concept art
Independently handle the full pipeline of high-poly modeling, topology, UV unwrapping, texturing, shading, lighting, and rendering to deliver high-quality CG characters
Create high-precision characters, equipment, and props that meet real-time rendering and engine performance standards
Collaborate with concept artists, game designers, and engineers to maintain character style and quality, and resolve artistic and technical issues during production
Requirements
Proficiency in industry-standard software such as 3ds Max / Maya, ZBrush, Photoshop, Substance Painter, and Marvelous Designer
Expertise in Western cartoon style with a solid artistic foundation, and the ability to quickly adapt to different style requirements
Strong knowledge of human and creature anatomy, with the ability to create stylized designs based on anatomical principles
Willingness to learn and use AI tools to assist in effect optimization, improving production efficiency and creative output
