As part of the next major product iteration, you will lead the migration of an existing native iOS application to a modern cross-platform mobile app, enabling seamless deployment to both iOS and Android. This role combines architecture, clean code, testing excellence, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary engineering and design team.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the end-to-end development of a new .NET MAUI mobile application for iOS and Android

Deliver full feature parity with the current version and implement selected improvements
Architect a scalable, maintainable mobile codebase following best practices
Implement data visualization and basic IoT device control features using an existing backend API
Build a comprehensive automated test suite (unit, integration, UI tests)
Prepare high-quality technical documentation
Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, data engineers, backend developers, and architects
Participate in the creation of a mobile CI/CD pipeline supporting near zero-touch deployments
Recommend and integrate mobile analytics tools if needed
Contribute to API discussions or minor backend adjustments where helpful
Requirements:
5+ years in mobile development, including delivery of production mobile apps from scratch
Strong experience with .NET, C#, and .NET MAUI (or Xamarin + migration experience)
Hands-on experience building hybrid apps with clean architecture patterns (MVVM, DI, clean architecture)
Solid knowledge of automated mobile testing frameworks
Experience publishing apps to both App Store and Google Play
Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment
Understanding of mobile CI/CD tooling and processes
Ability to work with APIs, interpret specs, and propose improvements
English: upper-intermediate or higher
Nice to have:
Experience with mobile data visualization
Experience with IoT-enabled mobile applications
Knowledge of mobile analytics tools and frameworks
Experience with implementing image or video capture features
Hands-on experience building zero-touch deployment pipelines
Familiarity with backend development on .NET
What we offer:
Lead the full rebuild of a real, production mobile product
Direct impact on architecture, code quality, and long-term technical direction
Collaboration with a strong, experienced internal team
Clear roadmap with future feature expansion (media capture, enhanced analytics, additional user flows)
Strong focus on engineering culture: maintainability, testing, automation, clean code
A role with high ownership and the space to make meaningful technical decisions
