Job Description:

P3 Technology is looking to hire a Senior .NET Developer to help build, enhance, and scale the P3 Platform, a modern SaaS solution powered by .NET, C#, Angular, PostgreSQL, and AWS. This isn’t your typical heads-down developer role. We’re looking for a seasoned technologist who’s just as comfortable in client meetings as they are working with code. In this role, you’ll architect solutions, write production-ready code, conduct thoughtful code reviews, and collaborate across product, dev, and client teams. You’ll be translating business requirements into high-quality software that powers mission-critical workflows for our customers. Job Responsibility:

Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using .NET Core, C#, PostgreSQL, and AWS
Architect modular, extensible solutions to complex feature requests
Lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and consistent standards across the team
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and working software
Actively participate in client/customer meetings, including with customer tech teams, to understand use cases and provide technical guidance
Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, and stakeholders on planning and delivery
Continuously improve development processes and AWS infrastructure with a “DevOps” mindset, including working with Terraform, Github actions, and Containerization
Maintain and improve security and SOC 2/HIPAA compliance of the P3 Platform, including installation of security patches and updating vulnerable packages, etc

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in .NET Core, C#, web APIs, and relational databases
Experience architecting cloud-first solutions, preferably in AWS
Comfortable working across the stack, from backend logic to front-end integration (experience with Angular or Vue.js a plus)
Confident presenting and collaborating with customers and translating business needs into clear, executable development tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Curious, autonomous, and comfortable owning solutions end-to-end

Nice to have:
