Job Description:

This is a specialist role at a new SEND Secondary School opening in Horsham, West Sussex, focused on supporting neurodivergent young people. The role involves working within a transdisciplinary model with integrated therapies and contributing to the holistic development of students transitioning from mainstream education.

Job Responsibility:

Leading on educational interventions
conducting specialist assessments
ensuring that each student's EHCP is appropriate, resourced, evaluated, and effectively reported upon
collaborating with an onsite therapy team led by a clinical psychologist
engaging students and their families
training and supporting all staff members
contributing to the development of a bespoke curriculum
building a truly inclusive and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

QTS
