Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated SEND Worker who is Level 3 Early Years qualified. You will be motivated and passionate about working with children and their families and strive to provide a safe and stimulating learning environment for children to grow and develop.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contributing to promoting good practice and maintaining a high-quality provision
  • Completing observations, planning, and prepare a variety of learning enriched activities for your key children using the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Offering support and guidance to parents/carers enabling them to extend their own skills, and by boosting their confidence and self-esteem, ensure the emotional wellbeing of their child
  • Provide a safe and stimulating learning environment for children to grow and develop
  • Ensure the child in your care is able to use equipment and materials provided, motivating and encouraging children as required by providing levels of individual attention, reassurance and help with learning tasks as appropriate to their needs

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualified

  • must complete an enhanced DBS check before taking up the role
