Job Responsibility:
Take operational responsibility for assessing travel needs
Coordinating provision
Managing statutory eligibility
Responding to complex or sensitive issues
Work closely with parents, schools, transport operators and internal colleagues
Deliver high‑quality, child‑centred solutions
Ensuring effective risk assessments, safety planning and clear communication
