We are currently recruiting committed and adaptable SEND Teaching Assistants to support primary-aged pupils with additional needs. Working in exclusive partnership with two well-established Multi-Academy Trusts, we have a high demand for skilled support staff across local schools.
Job Responsibility:
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties)
Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning strategies
Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and SENCOs
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND (school-based or similar settings)
A patient, caring, and flexible approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
Ability to adapt to different school environments when required
