Job Description

We’re looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils in specialist settings in Dorking. You’ll be working 1:1 or in small groups, helping children with additional needs access learning, build confidence, and feel supported in school. You don’t need previous TA experience – we’re keen to hear from people with transferable skills. If you’re patient, resilient, and genuinely want to make a difference, this could be a great opportunity.

Job Responsibility

  • Support pupils in specialist settings
  • Work 1:1 or in small groups
  • Help children with additional needs access learning, build confidence, and feel supported in school

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK or hold a valid work visa
  • Provide suitable references for pre-employment checks
  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the Children's Workforce update service, or be willing to obtain one
