Job Responsibility:

Providing tailored 1:1 support within the classroom and during break times
Implementing strategies outlined in the pupil's Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)
Adapting learning materials to suit the child's specific needs and ability levels
Monitoring progress and providing feedback to the Class Teacher and SENDCo
Fostering a positive social environment and encouraging independence

Requirements:

Enhanced DBS: You must hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for a new one through Randstad
Right to Work: Full eligibility to work in the UK is essential
Experience: Previous experience working with children (ideally within a SEND or school setting)
References: Ability to provide professional references covering the last two years
