We are currently recruiting Special Needs Teaching Assistants to work on a full-time and part-time basis, supporting students with SEND needs. We have full-time and part-time SEND Teaching Assistant opportunities in schools supporting children and young people with a range of learning and development needs including Autism, PMLD and Behavioural Needs (SEMH).
Job Responsibility:
supporting students with SEND needs
supporting students across a range of learning and development activities
build relationships quickly, establish routines with a consistent approach and communicate clearly in suitable ways and integrate pupil's interests
combine personal care support including feeding and physical support alongside supporting developmental activities
support students to develop their day to day and academic skills as well as build their self-esteem and regulate emotions
Requirements:
Experienced Teaching Assistants looking for a position in Special Needs

Community support workers
you will need an Enhanced DBS certificate
2 references covering the past two years
a caring, dedicated and professional approach to working with young children with special educational needs
